25% surcharge on total cost of cruise
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $400 per staff member (4hrs) additonal hour rate on request
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $500 (4hrs) additonal hour rate on request
(1 Chef required for all Buffet and 3 course menus)
GALLEY MANAGER: $600 (4hrs) $150 per hour thereafter
(1 Manager required for al BYO cruises with Galley usage)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $75 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD AND DRINK
BYO FOOD: $25 (per person)
BYO DRINK: $25 (per person)
Optional crockery and cutlery hire for $5.00 per person
PLEASE NOTE: BYO on request Mondays to Wednesdays November to December and Monday to Fridays January to October. BYO not permitted outside of these periods.
