STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $300 per staff member (4hrs) additional hour rate on request
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-49 pax 1 x wait staff required. 50-89 pax 2 x wait staff required. 90-134 pax 3 x wait staff required. 135-180 4 wait staff required
NOTE - Bucks, Sports Teams and 18-21st Birthdays will require additional staff. 1-89 pax 1 extra required. 90-180 pax 2 extra required
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $75 (per visit to CBD wharves)
