PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL DAYS
25% surcharge on yacht hire, food and beverage packages, 100% surcharge on chef and wait staff fees.
Special events include Australia Day, Boxing Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $520 per staff member (4hrs) $130 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $660 (4hrs) $165 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required for 1-35pax. 2 required for 36-60pax, 3 required 61-100 pax)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
