PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL DAYS
25% surcharge vessel hire and F&B and 100% surcharge on staff
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $520 per staff member (4hrs) $130 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $660 (4hrs) $165 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required for groups of 1-35 and 2 Chefs required for groups 36 and over)
SUPERVISION STAFF: $400 (4hrs) $100 per hour thereafter
(1 required for groups over 65)
LIFEGUARD: $500 per lifeguard (4hrs) $125 per hour thereafter
(1 required for all cruises with guests wanting to swim. Max groups of 20 allowed in the water at one time)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
