PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL DAYS
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Australia Day: $1100 p/h plus wharf, staff and BYO fees (5 hr minimum)
New Years Day, Harbour Life: $900 p/h plus wharf, staff and BYO fees
All other public Holidays: $1000 p/h plus wharf, staff and BYO fees
NOTE - 50% surcharge for staff fees on public holidays
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 25-34 guests - 1 required. 35-43 guests - 2 required. 18th and 21st Birthdays - 1 required
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $5 per person
BYO DRINKS: $5 per person
