WAIT/BAR STAFF: $520 per staff member (4hrs) $120 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $660 (4hrs) $165 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required 1-35 guests. 2 required 36-60 guests)
EVENT MANAGER: $400 (4hrs) $100 per hour thereafter
(1 Manager required for al BYO cruises)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD AND DRINK
BYO FOOD: $15 (per person)
BYO DRINK: $25 (per person)
Optional crockery and cutlery hire for $12.00 per person
