20% surcharge to standard rates
CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEARS DAY, AUSTRALIA DAY & BOXING DAY
MINIMUM HIRE: 5 Hrs
HOURLY RATE: $1900
SURCHARGE: A 20% surcharge for food and drink and 50% surcharge for staff
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-10 pax 1 x wait staff required. 11-25 pax 2 x wait staff required. 26-40 pax 3 x wait staff required. 41-49 4 wait staff required
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $10 (per person - Minimum $250 charge)
BYO DRINK: $20 (per person)
(Inclusive of Eskies, ice, crockery, cutlery, cups and serving equipment. Minimum food preperation or $250 chef fee applies.
PRE LOADING FEE: $200 (flat fee)

No BYO cruises on Fridays and Saturdays in November and December. December by application only.
